GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SHOT GROUP (TSG)
Gun Condition : All guns are “New in The Box” unless otherwise specified.
Payment : Personal/business checks will be held 10 days to be cleared. We recommend paying with a money order or certified bank check, because it will not delay your order. Our prices include a 3% cash discount for payment by Cash, check, cashiers/bank check or money order. Credit card users will not be eligible for the cash discount. If you decide to use a credit card, 3% will be added to the total cost of the order. We accept all major credit cards with include, American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Processing Fees are non-refundable. We do not accept PayPal.
Shipping & Handling : We ship everything FedEx and require adult signature. We quote from the time we receive payment and a copy of your dealers FFL, if required. Your item will ship within 3 days. In most cases if we receive everything, most items will ship within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number directly from FedEx often times the email will be sent to spam folders. Please check your Spam before contacting us for a tracking number. Be aware we cannot ship packages on Saturday or Sunday, because FedEx is not open. Any orders received over the weekend will be processed the next available business day. We are closed on holidays.
INSURANCE FOR YOUR SHIPPMENT: We do not automatically add insurance to your purchase. Adding insurance is an additional charge. The cost the insurance is based on the total value of the shipment. Insurance will protect your shipping from loss or damage in transit. We highly recommend insurance. TSG will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please watch your tracking number and try to be available when the item is delivered. Weather it’s to your house or your dealer. Please inspect the package for any damage prior to accepting the package. Any damage needs to be reported to FedEx upon receiving the item.
Shipping Firearms & NFA Items : Firearms will be shipped to FFL dealers only. NFA Items will be shipped to FFL dealers that have the additional NFA/Class 3 licenses. Please be aware that class 3 items have to be transferred, we will start the transfer after we receive the payment. The transfers usually take 35-45 days to other dealers. We can only check on 3 ATF transfers a day, so we will not be able to check transfers for everyone. Once we receive the approval in the mail we will ship within 24 hours. Some dealers do not have this licenses so please ask your local dealer before purchasing. We will ship upon receipt of payment, and signed legible copy of dealers FFL via fax, mail, email.
Layaway Terms/Payments :
We will hold an item for you with a deposit of 30% or more, and you can pay it off within the next 90 days with set monthly payments.
Product Photos: All photos used are stock unless specifically noted otherwise in the details above. We do not shoot unique photos for each listing. If you are bidding a new item, the serial number for the item you receive may not match the photo used. All of our photos are copyrighted and may not be duplicated, reproduced, or copied for any purpose.
California Sales/ State Compliance : Please be aware of all local and state laws by contacting your local dealer, or ATF office. We sell products that have already been made state compliant. If there is a certain product you would like made state compliant, please contact us for a quote, As these fees are not figured into the list price.
Buyer Responsibility/ Legal ownership limitations : It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the weapon is LEGAL to own in your city/state. If you live in CA, MD, and NY, be sure to check to your local laws or call your local dealer before bidding and ensure this model meets the requirements for your state. Magazines that violate capacity laws will not be shipped or substituted. If this is a problem, then our advice is not to buy the firearm. No refunds are given if the weapon is not transferable. Not for sale where prohibited.
Product Warranties : All new guns and accessories are warranted by their respective manufactures ONLY. All repair and replacement work will be honored by them. All guns we sell are BRAND NEW IN BOX (unless otherwise stated) and HAVE FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES. We will work with each customer to ensure they are able to take advantage of the manufactures warranty, but we do not warranty the guns ourselves.
Sales Tax : South Carolina residents add 7% sales tax. We are not required to collect sales tax on out of state sales. We cannot guarantee your dealer will not charge sales tax, please check with your dealer for more information in regards to state and local laws that they must abide.
Product Availability : We may offer the same item for sale on multiple sites. We make every effort to pull an item after it receives a qualifying bid. On rare occasions an auction item may be sold on another forum before we are able to remove it from all sites, if that happens we will notify you immediately.
After Purchase Completion : After you have purchased an item, you will be contacted by us via email with information to complete the transaction. If your purchase occurred outside of our normal operating hours, expect an email as soon as we are open. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. We will contact every buyer after a purchase is made.
Order Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.. Inspection Period/ Returns: Online inventory changes on a daily basis. We try very hard to make sure there are no errors. TSG will not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error free. TSG tactical reserves the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is canceled due to an error in the price or description, TS will not charge the customer and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent. If a customer places an order that contains an error, TSG will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If an order is mistakenly shipped, we make advice the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order with TSG, the customer agrees that TSG will be the final arbiter of any discrepancies.
